After we’ve heard from our elected officials at the Nehemiah Assembly, we hold a banquet to commemorate the year's achievements.
It takes an entire community to come together to push for more justice in our city. And when we do, it’s somethig to celebrate. We celebrate all the hard work of our research committees, members, organizers, negotiators, and elected officals. We give out “Justiceys” awards, eat together, and have fun! At the Celebration, members are also invited to invest $200 or more in the work of MORE Justice. Members also go out into the community to tell the organization's story and build partnerships of mutual respect with local businesses.
